The position requires a physical/office presence, reporting directly to the Controller and offers the chance to:

 What We’re Looking For:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 

·        A motivated, self-starter with strong initiative

·        In-depth knowledge of GAAP

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·        A high standard for accuracy and attention to detail

·        The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

·        Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

·        Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

·        3+ years of on-the-job experience

·        Ability to adhere to established controls and processes

·        Strong background in general accounting functions, including:

          o   Accounts Receivable

          o   Accounts Payable

          o   Balance Sheet Reconciliations

          o   General Journal Entries

          o   Vendor Audits

          o   Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements
