Are you an experienced janitorial supervisor/floorcare tech looking for a great new job in Metro Detroit?

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Directing and coordinating daily janitorial operations across multiple buildings.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and equipment.
Personnel Management:
- Assist with training and supervising janitorial staff.
- Assist with managing employee schedules, time, and attendance.
- Providing guidance, support, and disciplinary action when needed.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relations:
- Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Monitoring employee hours and time spent completing tasks
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in janitorial or facility management, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.

The person must be able to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
