About the Role:
JANI-CORE LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Janitorial Working Lead to join our team in Dallas, TX! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep facilities spotless while guiding a crew of cleaning professionals to deliver top-tier results. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise janitorial staff during cleaning shifts across assigned facilities
  • Perform hands-on cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company quality standards and client expectations
  • Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting inventory needs to management
  • Conduct walkthroughs and quality inspections before shift completion
  • Communicate any facility issues, maintenance concerns, or staff matters to supervisors
Requirements:
  • Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required
  • Previous lead, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and OSHA safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
