Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground, Santa Fe Springs Station. $20–$25 per hour ($800–$1,200 per week). No CDL needed.

Villalobos Brothers Inc. is hiring Pickup and Delivery Drivers for local FedEx Ground and Home Delivery routes from our Santa Fe Springs (SFS) station. We are preparing for peak season and drivers with excellent work ethic could stay full-time next year. We also offer part-time and weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Have you driven for FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon DSP, Amazon Flex, Uber, or Lyft? That experience helps, but it's not mandatory. We're looking for safe drivers, without fines or accidents.

Payment

Down payment $20/hour, up to $25/hour based on experience and delivery volume (peak season position)
$800 to $1,200 per week depending on work ethic and service bonus

What You'll Do

Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift
Load and accommodate packages for deliveries and pickups
Fill out timesheets and logs
Attend safety meetings and keep the vehicle clean
Assist neighboring routes when needed

Requirements

21 years of age or older with a valid Class C driver's license
Comfortable driving a vehicle 16 feet or larger (1 year of experience in the last 3 years)
Clean driving record (DMV), no cell phone tickets
Pass drug test, DOT physical exam, and FedEx driving test
Be able to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance (150 lbs with equipment)
English is required
Be able to complete procurement documents online after a bid (computer or mobile)
