State Farm Insurance Agent now hiring for a Receptionist-State Farm Agent Team Member.

Unlike many other insurance job postings you may see online, this is NOT a sales-only position. We're seeking a dependable, coachable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who will assit with Customer Service, Retention and needs based Sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting existing policyholders, focusing on customer retention, identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities, generating new business, and building lasting customer relationships.
Insurance Licenses:
Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses (possess or able to acquire asap)
Experience:
Similar Insurance Agency experience helpful

About the Role:
As a State Farm Agent team member you'll be considered a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.

Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
