Key Responsibilities
- Test, analyze, and balance water chemistry to maintain optimal pool health and clarity.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning, routine maintenance, and equipment inspections for pumps, filters, heaters, and related systems.
- Identify early-stage mechanical or structural issues and communicate preventive solutions to homeowners.
- Foster professional relationships with residential clients, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Puddle brand standard.
- Complete daily route management, digital dispatch logging, and route efficiency tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
1+ years of hands-on professional pool cleaning, route servicing, or direct water chemistry experience.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to operational safety.
- Comfort working outdoors independently and managing a physical field schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable driving record.
- Mechanically inclined with a high willingness to learn advanced system maintenance and certifications.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a solution-oriented, professional attitude.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
