ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business before opening an agency of my own. I’m originally from Louisiana, attended LSU, and am a proud mom to one daughter.
Giving back is incredibly important to me. I serve as a board member with the Blue Grass Red Cross and volunteer on the disaster committee, helping support individuals and families in times of need.
Our agency offers paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have the opportunity to work toward ambitious goals while still maintaining balance outside of the office.

As Account Associate for Levi Monk - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
