Location: Lebanon, Ohio
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Lebanon, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machinery and equipment
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Meet daily production and efficiency goals
- Report equipment problems or safety concerns to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment
- Perform other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to follow all safety and production procedures
