Atlantic Allcare Inc
Registered Nurse - RN - Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations
Full Time • Deerfield Beach
Position Summary Atlantic AllCare Inc. is a CHAP-accredited, AHCA-licensed non-skilled home care agency serving Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1989. Atlantic AllCare is seeking a seasoned registered nurse leader to serve as Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations and as deputy to the Administrator. This is not a pure clinical oversight role: the ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience managing home care operations, developing new clinical programs, and engaging referral sources. The person hired will be serving as the agency's backup Administrator of Record.
We are looking for someone who understands that clinical excellence and business growth are not separate priorities. The right candidate walks into a client home with the same confidence they bring to a referral partner meeting or a program design session.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight and Quality
Provide direct supervision of field caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides across all active cases in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Conduct and oversee initial client assessments, care plan development, supervisory visits, and care plan updates in compliance with AHCA and CHAP standards.
Manage all clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance within WellSky.
Lead quality assurance processes including incident reporting, grievance review, infection control, and QAPI program management.
Maintain CHAP accreditation standards and prepare the agency for continuous survey readiness.
Serve as the primary clinical contact for clients, families, and payer representatives on care-related matters.
Experience with Medicare home health billing, conditions of participation, or PECOS enrollment processes; familiarity with Medicare certification requirements preferred.

Oversee caregiver onboarding, competency testing, orientation, and ongoing training programs.
Monitor scheduling and staffing ratios to ensure client coverage, reduce overtime, and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with the Administrator and contracted CFO on clinical cost management and staffing efficiency.
