We’re expanding our financial services team in Fishers/Indianapolis and hiring 2 growth-minded professionals!
This is NOT a corporate desk job.
This is a career path with base pay + uncapped commission + paid professional licensing.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with clients and local business owners we serve in our community
- Review coverage and identify protection gaps
- Cross-sell and up-sell based on client needs
- Develop consultative sales skills
- Grow and manage your own book of business
Compensation
- Base salary + commission
- Year 1 realistic range: $45,000–$60,000
- Year 2+: $60,000–$80,000+ (performance-based)

**No insurance experience required. Willingness to become licensed - P&C and L&H, Series 6 and 63 (within 6months) required.
