Come join our award-winning team as a Bistro Lead at the beautiful Courtyard by Marriott in Orem. Position is full-time (32-40 hours/week). Must have open availability, PM coverage, Tues & Fri 3-10:30pm plus Wed, Thurs, Sat 330-1030pm.

Essential Functions:
- Perform basic tasks required for Bistro server and cook
- Coordinate daily front of house an back of house Bistro operations
- Complete Weekly Alcohol inventory + ordering
- Assistant to the Food and Beverage Manager
- Take orders from customers, handle transactions
- Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol as needed.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction
- Oversee the dining room: check-in with customers, follow up with all tables in the dining room
Minimum Qualifications
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- Familiarity with restaurant software, like Micros
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Must possess good organization/time management skills
Compensation: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
