Now Hiring: Lead Preschool Teacher

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging learning activities.
  
  
• Lead daily classroom routines that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
  
  
• Supervise children at all times and follow Georgia childcare licensing requirements and safety guidelines.
  
  
• Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
  
  
• Communicate professionally and positively with parents about children's daily activities and progress.
  
  
• Maintain accurate classroom records and complete required documentation.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and management to support the center's educational goals.
  
  
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and Quality Rated initiatives.
  
  

• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting preferred.
  
  
• CDA, TCC, or a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
  
  
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
  
  
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate leadership in the classroom.
  
  
• Must meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements, including required background checks and training.
