WELDER / MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

National Compressor Exchange Inc.is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our growing manufacturing and compressor rebuilding operation.
We are seeking someone with experience in welding, mechanical assembly, and parts assembly. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- TIG and MIG welding experience.
- Mechanical assembly and component installation.
- Parts assembly and preparation.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Ability to read measurements and follow assembly instructions.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Experience working with compressors, pumps, motors, or mechanical equipment.
- General fabrication and metalworking experience.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
