Job Description
KCConsulting is currently seeking an experienced Laser Operator for a manufacturing opportunity. The ideal candidate will have previous laser cutting or saw operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position will initially train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting equipment and/or industrial saws to process materials according to production requirements.
- Load, unload, and position materials for cutting operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and specifications.
- Assist with material handling and movement of finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous laser cutting or industrial saw operation experience required.
- Material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
