Brand Partnerships & Social Media Manager
Complete Playground | Lower Manhattan | Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus.

Complete Playground is a growing, inclusion-first nonprofit where children of all abilities play, learn, and connect. With our exciting new flagship location opening in early 2027, we’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and results-driven professional to help us grow across NYC.
The Role
We’re looking for more than a social media manager. We need a proactive relationship builder who creates opportunities, develops partnerships, and turns ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Build partnerships with influencers, schools, corporations, local businesses, and community organizations.
* Develop influencer, affiliate, referral, and brand ambassador programs.
* Create cross-promotions, sponsorships, and campaigns that drive ticket sales, bookings, memberships, and revenue.
* Guide social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms, working with our content team.
* Attend events, meet potential partners, and actively develop relationships throughout NYC.
* Track performance, partnership growth, engagement, and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
* Strong knowledge of NYC audiences and communities.
* Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Creative, proactive, and comfortable developing content and campaigns.
* Proven ability to turn relationships and ideas into measurable results.
* Experience with family entertainment, events, or nonprofits is a plus.
