At Advanta Autism Care, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You might help someone communicate what they need or complete more of a daily routine independently. You’ll get to know the people you support and work with a supervising BCBA to help them make progress.
What’s in it for you
- $23–$28/hour for direct care, based on your experience.
- Cancellation compensation for eligible client cancellations under our policy.
- Paid drive time between client sessions, plus mileage reimbursement.
- $300 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days.
- Paid time off, sick leave, and health benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
- Paid training and professional development to keep building your skills.
- BCBA supervision, plus fieldwork support for team members pursuing BCBA certification.
- Company events and opportunities to get to know your colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Provide one-on-one ABA services following individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
- Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and safety skills.
- Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
- Share progress and concerns with your supervising BCBA and collaborate with families and caregivers.
- Prepare session materials and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Throughout your work, you’ll maintain professional standards, protect client privacy, and provide respectful care.
What you’ll need
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- The ability to travel to scheduled home and community sessions.
- Reliable attendance, clear communication, and a patient approach with clients and families.
- Successful completion of required background and reference checks.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful. Familiarity with CentralReach is a plus, but is not required.
