Job Title: Paraprofessional (Full-Time)
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

Schedule & Duration:

Start Date: Immediate
End Date: End of ESY (Extended School Year)
Full-time hours, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support for students with exceptional needs
Assist teachers with instructional activities and behavior management
Support students in both general education and special education settings
Help implement IEP goals under teacher supervision
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior experience working with children or in school settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow teacher direction and support diverse student needs

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Bi-weekly payroll through agency
Supportive team environment

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
