Do you like talking to people, we're a growing State Farm agency and we need someone who makes a great first impression and keeps our calendar full.
What you'll do
- Call customers to welcome them, check in, and book their account reviews
- Keep customer records accurate: names, household, contact info and profile details
- Work call campaigns and confirm every appointment
- Process payments
- Keep our team scoreboard and knowledge base up to date
- Book appointments for the agent and retention specialist
- Keep our online reviews active and building our community stands
- Handle Text and Voicemails queues
- In office general assistant duties
- No selling, no quoting, and no license needed
What we're looking for
- A friendly, confident voice. "Not interested" doesn't rattle you
- Organized and reliable: you follow a daily plan and log everything
- Comfortable with computers, texting and learning new systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus

Compensation: $23,400.00 - $45,000.00 per year
