Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.
- Engage in value-based conversations to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
