ROLE DESCRIPTION
I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Allison Allen - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brining in new Auto, Home, Life & Health business
- Calling on existing customers
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Explaining various policies and products to potential and existing customers
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
- Following sales processes and providing excellent customer service
DESIRED ABILITIES
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, preferred
- Strong Interpersonal skills - written, verbal and listening
- People Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Analytical
- Skilled in time management and organization
- Property & Casualty License (Must have currently)
- Life & Health License (Must have currently)
- Positive Attitude

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
