Service Warranty Administrator

Position Overview:

The warranty administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims.  This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party. 

 

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

* Process all claims by next business day following RO close date

* Handle and resolve claim corrections and charge backs

* Flag the technicians for the hours earned on the service they performed

* Assist service consultants and technicians with any warranty questions

* Assist service consultants in closing all open warranty RO's

* Review every warranty repair order written for proper documentation, accuracy and eligibility according to 

   the policies and procedures. 

 

Requirements for employment:

High School diploma or the equivalent

Two years experience in an automotive dealership

Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

Automotive mechanical repair knowledge

Math & Writing skills

Ability to pass pre employment drug-screening and background check
