* Accurately represent the Palm Beach Tan brand
* Develop and extensively train our sales teams with a focus on increasing profits
* Provide our clients with unparalleled customer service while cultivating long-term relationships with our customers
MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team.
Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
* Meeting team and individual sales quotas which are measured daily/weekly/monthly
* Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
* Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
* Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
* Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
* Maintaining a clean and organized salon
* Cash handling, opening/closing business
* Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Qualifications:
* High school diploma, or equivalent
* Proven customer service experience
* Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two or more years of face-to-face sales experience
* Reliable transportation with flexible availability that must include nights & weekends
* Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
* Polished, professional appearance
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail and organization
* Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
