Responsibilities:
- Meeting sales quotas which are measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Ability to consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Proactively build loyalty and longterm relationships with customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability that must include nights & weekends
- Friendly, competitive drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished, professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
