We are a family-owned, residential, commercial and industrial HVAC contractor offering top quality end-to-end service for our customers, from design to completion in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and surrounding communities for over 55 years.  We specialize in solutions for all residential, commercial and industrial homes and facilities including but not limited to: ductwork/metal fabrication, service and installation of custom HVAC heat pumps, air handling and ventilation units, natural gas/oil/propane heaters and boilers, high efficiency forced air ductless and fully ducted residential and rooftop split air conditioning systems and indoor air quality solutions.
 
We are currently looking for a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, overtime as needed

Duties: 
  • Install heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both residential and commercial customers.
  • Travel to job sites in service area, and work with install coordinator to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
  • Be available to work occasional nights or weekends. 
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
  • Obtain payment and customer signature at completion of job. 
  • Obtain correct customer information including email address.
  • Document all installed equipment upon completion: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
  • Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
  • Identify and report to property owner potential opportunities for additional business (service contracts and additional services).
  • Provide superb customer service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles 
  • Demonstrate positive and helpful attitude towards the customer and our staff. 
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
 Qualifications
·         High school diploma or equivalent
·         Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
·         Pass background check & drug screen
·         5 + years of HVAC Installation Technician Experience/ 2 + years of Lead HVAC Installation Technician Experience
·         Knowledge of Residential and Light Commercial Forced Air Oil/Gas/Heat pump and Hydronic Boilers required 
·         EPA Universal Certification
·         Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams 
·         Excellent customer service and communication skills
·         Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
·         Willingness to work the extra hours if demand requires it
·         Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
·         Demonstrate positive and helpful attitude towards the customer and our staff
·         Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
