We are looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish speaking Rockstar Client Care Consultants (CCC) who is passionate about helping customers take control of their health, educating customers on the test and services we offer.
Requirements: A highly specialized Bilingual Spanish Speaking CCC ambassador will work remotely, become the authoritative source on lab test product knowledge, industry business practice (federal, state and local) and operational brand standards, scheduling appointments on our web-based calendar system, sell lab testing services to customers at one of our over 200 store locations nationwide. Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Passionate about helping people take control of their health
Available Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (Saturday hours may be available)
Four (4) or More Years of proven Sales Experience, preferably with a call center background
Must have Four (4) or More Years of proven Clinical/Medical Experience, preferably with a physicians office or clinical laboratory setting with a clear understanding of general clinical laboratory test (TSH, CBC, CMP, etc.)
Strong Computer and Typing Skills, including Word and Excel
Chat Experience
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in both Spanish and English
Excellent Listening Skills
Must Work Well in a Team Environment
Must Be Very Organized and Detailed Oriented
Self-Disciplined and Strong Work Ethic

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
