At Paul Davis Restoration, we are a leader in property damage emergency services, and we’re seeking a dedicated Facilities and Fleet Supervisor to help manage and maintain our facilities, fleet, and equipment. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Champion and promote the vision and values of Paul Davis throughout your work 
  • Oversee inventory, tracking, and monitoring of company assets, including fleet, equipment, small tools, etc. 
  • Manage vendor accounts, including pricing and ordering for equipment, materials, and consumable supplies 
  • Supervise the safety, security, and organization of the campuses and facilities, ensuring they meet "Best in Class" standards 
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and facilities receive scheduled preventative maintenance 
  • Collaborate in the oversight of health and safety compliance 
  • Provide after-hours support as needed 

Compensation: 35-40hr DOE

What We’re Looking For: 
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet management 
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required 
  • Proficient with computers and able to type 40+ words per minute 
  • Experience with Excel to create and manage spreadsheets 
  • Knowledge of building systems and asset management for inventory, maintenance, and repairs 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check 
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
