Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Marketing Coordinator - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Assist customers in submitting and managing their claims 
  • Create social media marketing posts 
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Perform all other office tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning
  • Experience using social media for business marketing

Compensación: $32,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
