Job Summary
Looking for an enthusiastic, engaging Youth Soccer Coach to deliver professional, fun and engaging soccer sessions to young children between the ages of 4 and 12!
Training, curriculum, uniform and equipment will be provided. Mileage will also be covered in the event of travel requirements.
Challenger Sports are looking for a motivated individual to join our team of professional soccer coaches. The main requirements for this job are a love of soccer and the ability to follow a detailed curriculum when coaching.
Responsibilities and Duties
> You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
> Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
> Be patient and engage children with enthusiasm and good communication.
> Grow a passion and a love for soccer by delivering excellent sessions.
> Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
Qualifications and Skills
> Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.
> Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
> It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
> Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
> You must have valid work authorization.

What is TinyTykes?
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
