What does a Reconstruction Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

The Reconstruction Project Manager professionally manages a portfolio of residential and commercial restoration rebuild projects on time and on budget. This individual must be empathetic to the situation, schedule appropriate sub-trades, select materials, work with colleagues and clients to create a smooth process, oversee the project through the punch-list phase and assist with collections, supplements and change-orders throughout the project. The Reconstruction Project Manager is the client’s main point of contact and controller of the project phases, all of which is a great responsibility.

 Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Professionally manage rebuild projects from start to finish, on time and on budget
  • Build and manage budgets with profitable job completion
  • Recruit quality, dependable subcontractors
  • Actively document job progress and customer communication
  • Proactively communicate with insurance adjusters throughout rebuild process
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service
  • Be friendly, understanding and passionate when assisting our clients in the restoration of their home or business
  • Dress in appropriate and professional attire

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-years related experience in restoration project management 
  • Experience in high-end residential and commercial construction preferred
  • All qualified candidates must possess a valid Colorado Driver License and pass a background check
  • Qualified candidate will appear neat and professional 
  • Must be detail oriented, reliable, and must work well with other team members
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions.  Frequently having stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
