Part time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for busy Plumbing company.

A leader in the Plumbing and Sewer/Drain Industry is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our established team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a stable company with a solid record of growth and top performance.

This position is part-time for the afternoon shift approximately 20-30 hours per week. Typically 3:00pm to 8:00 pm

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Enter call details into Service Titan
Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
Dispatch technicians to jobs
Close out jobs with information given by technician
Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum two years admin experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
Saturday shift mandatory

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
