We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHA's), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), and caregivers with experience, to provide weekend support for individuals in need of assistance in the Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, and Seffner areas. Responsibilities
  •  Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance 
  •  Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement 
  •  Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and maintain a safe home environment 
  •  Provide medication reminders and observe changes in client condition 
  •  Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments as needed 
  •  Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff 
  •  Work independently in clients' homes while delivering compassionate, high-quality care 
Qualifications
  •  Current Florida CNA license or HHA certification preferred, but experience is valued
  •  Current CPR certification (Required
  •  Valid driver's license (Required
  •  Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance in the caregiver's name (Required
  •  Physical and TB screening (Preferred, if available
  •  Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening (Required
  •  Previous caregiving experience
  •  Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor 
  •  Strong communication skills 
  •  Positive attitude and passion for helping others 
  •  Dependable attendance, flexibility, and punctuality 
Schedule
  • Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Flexible hours
