- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, industry groups, and other creative sourcing methods
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunities
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with position requirements and company culture
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
- Coordinate interviews and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts
- Support onboarding activities and recruiting administration
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
- One to three years of recruiting, staffing, sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Strong sourcing instincts and a willingness to actively seek out talent rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending outreach messages, and building relationships with prospective candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create positive candidate experiences
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using recruiting technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
- Building strong candidate pipelines before positions become urgent
- Consistently identifying quality candidates through proactive sourcing efforts
