- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, networking, and other creative recruiting methods
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that align with position requirements and company culture
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and interview consideration
- Coordinate interviews and assist in moving candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities as needed
- Support recruiting and onboarding administrative processes
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
- One to two years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
