Join the office of Ashley Nguyen Insurance Agency Inc as an Agent Team Member. In this role, you’ll develop customer relationships in the community and learn how to promote State Farm products—auto, home, and life insurance—through needs-based conversations.

This position is designed to give you hands-on experience working inside an agent’s office while you explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options.
  • Partner with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Complete timely and thorough activity reports for the agent.
  • Help execute marketing and business plans, including interviews in the office (as needed).
  • Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
Compensation & Benefits (Agent Team Member)

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Enthusiastic about helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and work toward their goals
  • People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task effectively
  • Ability to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Selected candidate must successfully complete any applicable licensing and training requirements

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
