We are a busy Home Care company, providing valuable care to the senior community and seeking an Admin Assistant - San Diego Area to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Previous experience in Home Care & Heath is desirable but not necessary, as we will train the right individual. What IS essential though, is having the right CAN DO Attitude, ad the desire to provide outstanding support to our clients AND to our field team of Caregivers. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of field staff through an interactive computer management system
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, preferably experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar and comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • College Graduate Preferred

Compensación: Starting at $14 to $18 per hour
