Position Overview
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team! Key Responsibilities:
- Be a proactive problem solver by reaching out to potential clients through marketing, referrals and networking.
- Conduct engaging needs-based assessments to understand customers' unique insurance needs
- Present and explain our fantastic policy options, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their choices.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a bonus!
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value most!
- Excellent communication and people skills that shine bright.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive independently while being a supportive team player.
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a state insurance license (we’ll help you every step of the way!).

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in West Shawnee.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
