BASIC FUNCTIONS: Professionally represent the company mission statement, vision and values while maintaining the financial and accounting records of the company. Utilize established accounting, bookkeeping and clerical procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Utilize accounting and project management software (RMS, QuickBooks, TSheets)
- Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
- Maintain employee and personnel files
- Job costing
- Process accounts payable
- Process accounts receivable and collections
- Process payroll and remit payroll taxes
- Perform job cost analysis
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Office supply inventory
- Remit sales and use taxes (Accountant prepared)
- Reconcile bank balances and make bank deposits
- Perform month end close
- Process quarterly and year-end government reporting
- Monitor office and overhead expenses
- Attend meetings
- Report directly to company owner
- Miscellaneous job duties as directed
