Eligible employees receive: Vacation Leave for rest, relaxation, and personal time. Personal Choice Days to use for appointments, family obligations, personal matters, or simply taking a day to recharge. Sick Leave to care for your health or the health of an eligible family member. Paid Administrative Leave for company-designated closures and other approved circumstances.

Pacific Soda provides Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance through UNUM at no cost to employees. These benefits help protect your income if a covered illness or injury prevents you from working, providing financial support during both short-term and extended absences.

Pacific Soda provides company-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to 1x your annual salary through UNUM. To offer additional protection, employees may also elect supplemental Life and AD&D coverage for themselves, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children. These benefits help provide financial security for you and your loved ones in the event of a death or serious injury. Supplemental coverage may be subject to medical underwriting.

Pacific Soda offers vision coverage through VSP, providing benefits for annual eye exams, glasses, frames, and contact lenses. Employees can also access additional savings through Eyeconic®, VSP’s online eyewear store.

Pacific Soda offers comprehensive dental coverage through Sun Life, including access to a nationwide PPO network, preventive care, and coverage for a wide range of dental services. Routine preventive services, such as exams and cleanings, do not count toward your annual benefit maximum, helping you get the most from your dental plan.

Pacific Soda offers optional Aflac Supplemental Insurance plans, including Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Vision & Dental coverage. The EAP is 100% company-paid and is strictly confidential. Pacific Soda is never notified of who uses the service.

Pacific Soda offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan to help employees prepare for retirement. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the plan and may adjust their contribution rate or opt out at any time. The Company matches employee contributions up to a specified percentage and also provides an annual employer contribution to eligible employees' 401(k) accounts on the last day of each calendar year, helping you build long-term financial security.

We offer nine (9) paid holidays. New Year's Day, Spring Holiday (Good Friday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
