We are also experts in specialized non emergency cleaning like, Mold & Lead remediation, HVAC cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and deodorization.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn Servpro processes according to job type
- Load & unload the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project daily
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Clean vehicles and equipment daily. Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Perform job specific tasks as instructed by lead technicians, crew chiefs, and production managers.
- Communicate task completion, jobsite status and customer communications with technicians, crew chiefs, management and office.
- Perform daily jobsite cleanup and breakdown.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Perform Daily, weekly, monthly, annual equipment maintenance.
- Perform weekly facility maintenance
- Communicate facility, equipment and vehicle issues to crew chiefs and management.
- Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
- Attend all assigned training
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Valid drivers license Required
- Flexible schedule (frequently work past 5pm, work nights and weekends as needed)
- Ability to participate on the on call schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to learn and be trained the Servpro way
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to state and federal law.
- Ability to successfully pass drug screen
- IICRC certifications preferred (but not required)
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
- Ability to drive a work vehicle
