This is a full-time/part-time position depending on the available work each week. - Quoting & Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable & Customer Payment Reminders
- Vendor Management
- Office Organization & Filing
- Project Tracking
- Social Media Updates
- Inventory and replenish supplies to support entire team.
- Check Company Mailbox
- Answer company phone and call customers to schedule appointments or service.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- A monthly stipend is provided to help cover use of your personal smart phone.
- You will begin accruing paid time-off right away for your use following a qualifying period.
- We now offer six paid company holidays to both part-time and full-time employees.
- You may receive profit sharing distributions once the eligibility criteria to receive such distributions has been met.
