Job Description:
The Client Success manager is responsible for overseeing membership onboarding, facility tours, retention, and utilization.
The Client Success Manager is also responsible for developing first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leading an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
- Responsible for continued communication with our membership base to ensure they are getting the most out of their membership
- Manage the studios schedule for events, seminars, outings, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining attrition numbers below 8%
- Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
- Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
- Be an active part of our community by attending classes, social events, and having a routine presence in the gym.
Qualifications:
- Previous fitness studio experiences preferred
- Previous sales experience is helpful
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
