What Youβll Need:
- β Valid PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide Certification
- β A kind, respectful, and professional demeanor
- β Ability to follow care plans and stay organized
- β Strong communication (via phone, text & email)
- β Reliable transportation + valid driverβs license
- β Able to lift 25 lbs
- β Flexibility for varied care needs
- β Dementia care experience (a plus!)
- β Must pass a background check
