What You'll Do
- Lead a structured elementary classroom with clear expectations
- Deliver daily instruction aligned to BPI curriculum and academic goals
- Drive student progress in reading, writing, and mathematics
- Establish strong classroom management and culture
- Monitor and assess student performance (formal and informal)
- Communicate consistently with families regarding progress
- Maintain a safe, organized, and academically focused environment
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Strong instructional mindset and belief in student achievement
- Ability to lead a classroom with structure and consistency
- Professionalism and ownership over student outcomes
- Team-oriented and growth-focused attitude
- Bachelor's degree (education preferred)
- Level 2 Background Screening
- CPR/First Aid Certification (before start date)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
