Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving KENTECH’s growth by generating, qualifying, and converting leads into opportunities. You’ll engage with potential customers across the globe through both inbound and outbound efforts while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs).

This is a 1099 contract position suited for individuals seeking a flexible, remote opportunity to work internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct extensive and persistent outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, chatbots, and other communication channels.
  • Needs Assessment: Assist clients in understanding their needs and aligning them with KENTECH’s solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the marketing lifecycle, from initial contact to appointment setting and beyond.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sr. Account Executives and the marketing team to ensure a strategic, unified approach to sales.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed activity and lead qualification records in HubSpot, ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to campaigns, events, and other marketing activities to build awareness and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior sales development or lead generation experience preferred, especially in a global or remote setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and proficiency in email communication and digital outreach.
  • Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently as part of a global team.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, pivoting strategies based on feedback and evolving goals.
  • Fearless: Confident in making cold calls, handling rejection, and persistently pursuing leads.
