Responsibilities:
· Lead change adoption in business transformation projects.
· Implement OCM practices and business architecture.
· Develop training curriculums and communication strategies.
· Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
· Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
· Coordinate activities across multiple regions.
· Build relationships with client personnel and resolve project issues.
· Track progress and report on key milestones.
· Create executive summaries and present findings.
