Responsibilities
- Travel: Two trips consisting of 1-3 nights per month, on average
- Provide technical support to clients finding a resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all supported applications or products
- In-field equipment setup and training
- Project Management – Leading a group of people to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Open to rotational schedule for 24/7 emergency after hours phone support
- Consistency encourages clients by following up on next steps for project completion
- Remote technical support using various platforms
- Filling in for team members when needed
- Troubleshoot problems and performing root cause analysis
Qualifications Required
- 1-3 years of technical experience/customer support
- Comfortable and confident multi-tasking
- Overcoming objections that delay projects
- Ability to work in high stress and fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift equipment up to 40 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Teamwork: Willingness to partner with colleagues/clients to reach a common goal with an optimistic and focused attitude
- Solution Orientated: Ability to listen, gather necessary information and execute game plan to resolve issues in a timely and composed manner

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
