Guaranteed 5 day work week and 50 hours 

Job Summary The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate an active, visible presence in the dining room. This individual will engage with guests and collaborate closely with dining room and bar staff to ensure exceptional service and seamless daily operations.

At Luigi’s Restaurant, private events and parties are a key part of our business. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing these events from initial interaction with hosts through on-site management, ensuring each event reflects Luigi’s high standards of hospitality and is delivered flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Maintain a consistent, high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service among all staff 
  •  Oversee cleanliness and organization of both front-of-house and back-of-house service areas 
  •  Supervise, train, and mentor dining room and bar staff to uphold service excellence 
  •  Manage front-of-house labor costs in alignment with budgetary guidelines 
  •  Coordinate and execute private events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction 
  •  Build strong relationships with guests and event hosts to encourage repeat business 
  •  Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including improving guest retention and maximizing check averages

·         Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Governor’s Day (RI), Columbus Day, Christmas Day and December 26th.
·         Holidays  – Mandatory attendance: Thanksgiving Day (until 12:00PM), Christmas Eve (until 5:00PM), New Year’s Eve and Mother’s Day
·         Health Insurance allowance paid out weekly

To be involved in a company with low management turnover and team support from ownership and other managers.

 
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
