It will be the responsibility of the candidate to work as a member of their respective branch to maximize sales and gross margin potential for the company, while observing the principles stated in our company Core Values. Duties include but are not limited to handling customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and concerns.
Responsibilities include:
1. Proficiently answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
2. Oversee the end-to-end order management process of receiving, fulfilling, and tracking an order placed by the customer. the process begins from the moment a customer places their order until they receive their product.
3. Communicate quickly and accurately with customers and vendors. Correctly record commitments on price and delivery and ensure full satisfaction while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.
4. Follow up on all open quotes and expedite sales orders with urgency and accuracy.
5. Identify and prioritize problems and issues related to sales and / or service.
6. Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote our brand, products, and services.
8. Advise on company information and processes, as well as deals and promotions.
9. Complete additional tasks directed by division manager as needed.
10. Proofread and verify all work and wording are correct before sending to maintain a professional image and avoid misunderstandings. This is essential to demonstrate our dedication to achieving our goals and maintaining high standareds of performance.
