- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Level 2 Technician to join our team on an on-call basis in the Waco, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on demand services to fix computers, networking, servers, firewalls, and other IT systems. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $30 per hour for active work and $15 per hour while on call.
- Respond to client service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computers, networks, firewalls, and other IT systems.
- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of client configurations and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients as needed.

The selected candidate will train at our Grapevine location before transitioning to the Waco, TX area for on-call assignments.
