As an Investment Annuity Sales Agent, you will educate clients on annuity options, assess individual retirement goals, and recommend suitable products. You’ll build relationships with clients and referral partners while guiding applications and supporting policyholders through issue and servicing.

 • Prospect and meet with prospective clients (in-person or virtual)

 • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand retirement income goals

 • Explain annuity features (growth, income options, risk considerations, fees/charges) clearly and ethically

 • Prepare and submit applications and required client documentation

 • Coordinate with underwriting/operations to support smooth issue timelines

 • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through referrals and networking

 • Follow all compliance and regulatory requirements (including suitability standards)

 • Provide ongoing service and support to clients as policies are issued/serviced

 • Relevant licenses required or willingness to obtain (e.g., Life/Variable Annuity/Securities licensing where applicable)

 • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

 • Confidence presenting financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly way

 • Self-driven and able to manage a sales pipeline independently

 • Strong ethics and commitment to compliance

 • Experience in insurance, annuities, retirement planning, or financial sales is a plus (training available)

 • Training on products, sales process, and compliance

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month based on performance
